Pravin is a dynamic, creative and result-driven technology professional and evangelist with over 20 years of extensive experience behind him. He is a pioneer in the IT infrastructure space directing IT service delivery and customer support.
Pravin’s rich expertise in general management, intimate relationship and experience handling large enterprise customers and ability to manage large-scale projects from conceptualisation through planning, designing, development and management has helped him head projects of complex nature within IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Data Centre Services, Business Continuity Planning and Security. He has helped leading ITSM companies in India establish managed services operation and service desk.
Prior to founding Olive DC, Pravin has worked with leading organizations such as IBM, TCS and ICICI Bank.
Pravin is a Post graduate in physics from Mumbai University, and holds certifications on various technologies such as RS6000, AIX, AS400, ITIL, BS7799, ISO27000, DRII®, Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP®), PMI and Modulo® IT Risk Management certified professional.
Tanmoy is a business unit leader and advisor in the IT industry specifically Infrastructure Managed Services, Custom Software Development, Consulting and Education. He has over 23 years of experience spanning strategy building, business growth, profitability and organization excellence.
Prior to joining Olive, Tanmoy launched and grew managed services for Team Serve and merged it with Team Computers. He has assisted companies such as Netenrich, Kaseya and held the position of Vice President for Business Development in IT managed services.
Having schooled at St Xavier’s, Tanmoy completed his graduation from SRCC (DU) with Economics. He also holds an MBA degree from XLRI with Marketing and Finance.
Tanmoy’s formal role at Olive DC involves leading Marketing and Branding, Planning and Strategy to bring visibility as well as scale business profitably.
Chief Operating Officer
For over two decades Latha has been associated with MNCs in leadership and functional roles such as Customer Care, HR and Operations. Her rich and extensive experience in a variety of operations role in Telecom, Citizen Services, Banking and Media has enabled her to build and grow new business offerings as well as nurture long-term relationships. She also brings to table rich experience of managing range of clients across domains and geographies.
Prior to joining Olive DC, Latha has held leadership and functional roles in organizations such as Tata Business Support services, HSBC, Venus Cybertech, Hutchison Max Telecom, etc. where she managed large workforce and instrumental in developing strong and vibrant human resource base for the organizations. She has an innate ability to cut across hierarchies and connect with people at a personal level and instill high performance culture across teams. At Tata Business Support Services she was also the Ethics Counselor.
Latha is a Post Graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhavan’s Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management.
